Getting there by car

Please lookout for these road signs if you are driving to the conference.

For those arriving by car or ride-hailing service, please use the postal code "678099" or enter "Trinity Theological Centre" / “St. Francis Methodist School” as your destination to arrive at the correct building. You can drop off right in front of the sanctuary. (Please refer to the photo below)

If you are looking to park, please drive up the road to get to the carpark at Trinity Theological Centre. Please note that the carpark has limited parking and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please refer to the photo below)

Keynote Speaker:
Jackie Pullinger

Jackie Pullinger has been working with the poor in Hong Kong for over 50 years and has seen remarkable results as lives are changed, healed and restored through finding relationship with Jesus and through the power of the Holy Spirit. Most of her work is with drug addicts, prostitutes, the homeless, young people and street children. She speaks worldwide on the plight of the poor of the earth. 

She is a missionary and author of “Chasing the Dragon”, a bestseller that encapsulates her calling, ministry and service to those in the Walled City of Hong Kong.

As part of outreach efforts to raise awareness for our cause, we will be holding our biennial PFS Prison Ministry Conference in July 2024. This conference serves as a platform to engage, educate and encourage volunteers and supporters by discussing issues of prison ministry work, which goes beyond just the work with inmates and ex-offenders. This year’s conference theme is “Beyond the Prison Walls” where the topics will focus on the Aftercare journey and the impact of incarceration on the families, particularly on the children. We welcome all volunteers, supporters and friends to join us!

Bukit Panjang Methodist Church is conveniently located at Exit A of Hillview MRT and is two minutes away from the entrance of the church.

Topical Speaker:
Karam Singh

Karam Singh has served as a psychologist with the Ministry of Home Affairs since 1999. He is currently Director of the Psychological & Correctional Rehabilitation Division of the Singapore Prison Service.

Topical Speaker:
Kirk Tan

Kirk Tan is a pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church overseeing the Family Life Ministry. He founded the church men’s ministry and also the Men’s Ministry Network (MMN).  

Kirk’s passion is to see men secure in Christ, safe in a brotherhood and soaring for God.  A regular speaker, Kirk also co-authored a book “A Journey of Manhood” with MMN’s advisors Ps Kay Kiong and Dr Geoff Gorsuch.
