What is Aftercare Ministry?

Upon release from prison, an ex-offender can be met with a myriad of challenges. Some aspects that are of paramount importance include the need to cultivate healthy friendships, obtain a listening and empathetic ear, and receive counseling support and encouragement to continue their rehabilitation.

Through its partnership with churches, PFS facilitates the integration of ex-offenders and their families into a church community that will welcome and journey with them spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Men’s and women’s support groups are held weekly to be the bridge in this process so our beneficiaries feel safe and get the right support.

Our Aftercare activities include:

Prayer Meetings
